On returning to the office the day after Christmas, I discovered a problem with our network. We have had small problems, over the past three years, but, as Office Manager, I was usually able to solve them. This time was different, and it bugged me for several days. It wasn't easy trying to work on the problem, while still trying to keep our Real Estate office functioning. The weekend before New Year, I decided I would have to seek "professional help", but didn't want it to cost a fortune. I found Amger Services, LLC through an internet search, and liked what I read on their website. On New Years Eve, when I got to work, I called them. Initially, I was expecting to be told that it would be several days before they could get someone out. When Patrick told me he would be there within an hour, I was amazed, Sure enough, he was right on time. I explained the problem, and he got started. These guys rock! I accidentially formatted my hard-drive and all my stuff was gone. It was completely wiped out. Xp gone. Pics gone. All videos gone. I was so bummed. Patrick not only recovered my XP he also got back all of my pics, videos and all other data. He saved my life. My fiancee was about to kill me. It's all back to normal now. OK, 1-2 programs I had to re-install myself. But that's fair. Patrick actually asked me if I wanted him to do it or if I wanted to do it myself and save some money. Sure thing for me. When he presented me the bill I was prepared to pay much more than he actually charged. Very reasonable pricing! I recommend these guys. Excellent work!

Patrick took care of my slow computer and brought it up-to-speed. He did a wonderful job. Also instructed me on the in's/out's of Ebay and set me up for yahoo messenger so we could chat with and view our grandkids up north. Patrick has an extreme computer knowledge and is very efficient and professional. I recommend for any computer issues.
